Took the Camaro to Cordova on November 21, the last race day of the 2009 season. It was totally a last minute deal. Didn't really know I was going for sure until Saturday morning.
It was a great day to be at the track - sunny... 56 degrees... 30.15 barometric pressure... Great air for setting record fast runs for the car!
So I did!
The last run of the day for me, I was in the car with my helmet on. My habit is to begin praying as soon as I put my helmet on. I always thank God for the opportunity to race, so I always start with that. This time, while praying, I "dug in" in the Spirit.
